Our Story

Founded by Joshua and Heather Raley in 2026, our company was born at the intersection of cinematic vision and military service. As a U.S. Navy veteran who served aboard the USS Fitzgerald in Yokosuka from 2014-2017, Joshua understands the grit of forward-deployed life. As a filmmaker and storyteller, he sees the "hidden gems" within Japan’s Akiya (vacant homes) that others might overlook. Heather brings a business mindset and real estate knowledge to Pacific Rim Residential, working closely with todays AI industry, she oversees multiple executives for You.com and strengthens the PRR brand through her strong network of entrepreneurs and their businesses.
